All purchases are final and non‑refundable unless required by applicable law or the rules of the relevant distribution platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).

• Use cheats, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized In-App Purchases tools;
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or errors for unfair advantage;
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users;
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or infringing activities;
• Violate any applicable laws or platform policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to games, artwork, code, trademarks, and content, are owned by LUMIPLAY PTE. LTD. or its licensed partners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

6. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Services or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately for any violation of these Terms or illegal conduct.
